If the HUD doesn't show up at all, it's almost always because Jivaro has failed to setup tracking for the poker client. The most likely cause for this is an unsupported version of the poker client, most likely because the client just updated and we've not yet published a new config (usually within 30 minutes of an update). There should've been a pop-up dialog on the screen telling you about this.
