If the HUD shows up, but is "stuck" on the desktop below the table window and doesn't respond to the movement or resizing of the table window, then usually the problem is that the poker client and Jivaro are running under different credentials, i.e. one of them running as administrator while the other runs as a normal user.
Solution:
- Before opening your poker client, open Jivaro as administrator
- Right click the Jivaro icon on your desktop and click "Run as administrator"
- Now you can open your poker client and everything should be running smoothly
